- The robot does not connect.
- Turn the robot on, enable Bluetooth and tap the connect button next to Call.
- It does not hear me.
- In iPhone Settings, check that Pongdot has access to the microphone and speech recognition, and speak close to the phone.
- How do I stop the robot?
- With no call running: tap STOP in the app. During a call: say "stop", or tap End call, the red button with the phone icon, in the app or on the lock screen.
